I have Defender Archer gamepad controller. Windows recognizes it like XBOX 360 controller. Open My Documents and go to the FIFA 13 folder, open buttonDataSetup and search for 'Thrustmaster DT Rumble' and check if the controls specified correspond with the ones on your Control Pad.
Alternative: Download the buttondatasetup.ini file here and replace the one in your 'My Documents FIFA 14 or FIFA 13 Folder
